Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your assessment, you will need to notify us by email at dyslexialeicester@gmail.com . We appreciate that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel the assessment. However, due to the demand, we need to insist that if you cancel less than 14 days before the assessment the deposit will be non-refundable.

If we need to cancel the assessment, we will rearrange a mutually convenient date as soon as possible or arrange for a full refund.  The same applies if you need to change the date of the assessment, but please be aware that you may need to wait for an appointment to become available.

Reports

Following the assessment, please allow up to 15 working days for the report to be sent to you.

Requirements

A valid eye test conducted within the past 12 months is a pre-requisite for the assessment.
